Human Resource Management

To achieve a highly recognizable key HR position accepting the challenge and disbursing the authority for developing employees’ satisfaction and loyalty to the organization by utilizing all HR functions.

Response from Carl: Thanks for your submission. If you hold some sort of HR designation you might want to mention it up front.

If you have X years of experience with various HR functions that employers often specify they look for ie. dispute resolution, payroll experience, knowledge of local labor laws, etc you might mention that up front as well depending on the job you're applying for.

I recall seeing many ads for HR jobs that make reference to a position that requires a person with specific HR experience and skills so I'd try when appropriate to weave in a mention or two of specific experience that you have that the job requires.
