Human resource assistant

To join an organization as a human resource assistant where my 5+ years of experience have demonstrated skills in executive, administrative and case management will be utilized.

Response from Carl: Thanks Jenine. What size organization(s) have you worked for? Often, recruiters find that hiring managers want people who come from certain sized organizations so I suspect some hiring managers might want to know how big your previous employer was to get a sense as to your HR experience ie. were you working for a company administering the HR function for 5 staff or 500? Something to think about when applying for specific jobs anyways.

What about experience with hiring/firing, putting job offers together, dispute resolution, knowledge of local employment laws, and things like that? Again, depending on the job(s) you are applying for, they might require experience like this and perhaps you have it and if so, might want to highlight the important parts here, too.

If you have any human resource education or certification I'd probably mention it briefly here as well.
