Response from Carl: Thanks Hafiz. First off, I have to admit that I'm not sure what "HRM" is which you refer to in your Job Title area and there is no mention of it in the Career Objective itself. Perhaps the person you'd be applying to would know but then again, maybe it's an HR person or administration person who might be reading your resume and may not know. I'm guessing that the "HR" in HRM stands for human resources but then again maybe it doesn't.

Your Career Objective certainly mentions what you're looking for but doesn't offer any reasons that a person wouldn't want to interview you ie. what's in it for them? We need to see some reasons that you're a person that the reader should interview you but I don't see any here.
