To process specific personnel administration activities encompassing employee life-cycle and time and leave administration events.

Response from Carl: Hi Tebogo. I'm guessing this is from your job description because that's what this looks like. A Career Objective is supposed to show the reader why they should interview you but this just shows tasks that you are supposed to do and doesn't add anything to your candidacy.

Since you mention HR Specialist in your job title, it's likely you've helped out with hiring or have done hiring so why not think of resumes that you've read that had Career Objectives that you were impressed with and form one of your own based on that?

As an HR Specialist I'd think you'd have a number of accomplishments and skills that you could mention rather than just listing your job description which doesn't say anything about you or why someone should hire you.
