I am aspiring to secure a supervisor-level position that would allow me to utilize my excellent communication and language-teaching skills and my 15 years or so experience as a HR Professional specifically in the areas of Training, Recruitment and Employee Relations.

Response from Carl: Thanks Jeff. Do you have any prior management experience that you could mention? Have you ever managed staff (if so, how many?) or led a group or mentored people or had previous experience with any of these tasks that a supervisor would expect to have? I'm sure a potential hiring manager would want to know about this up front.
