find your dream career

HR Officer

by Charlotte
(Dubai)

HR Professional with an excellent general experience of HRM, aspires to join an organisation with a developed business strategy outlining short-term and long-term objectives. Therefore, this allows the HR Team to tailor that vision into set goals so individuals can substantially contribute towards the future success and growth of the company.

Response from Carl: Thanks Charlotte. Perhaps you could add your years of experience when applicable to let the reader know your level of experience. I presume readers who are looking for someone like yourself will know what HRM means but as always, I'd just be careful with acronyms in cases where the reader might not be sure.

You do spend more time discussing the organization and its goals than you spend discussing what you can offer them though. You do refer in general terms to "future success and goals" but I suspect a hiring manager would prefer to read specifics about what you've accomplished that would add to their company.
