To secure a professional healthcare administrator position in a reputable medical facility where I can continue to develop and enhance my hands-on skills and knowledge in the medical field.

I'd replace the last part of your statement (the part starting with "continue to develop and enhance....") since it refers to what you're looking for when you really want to be talking about what you offer the employer. If I was a hiring manager reading this, I'd want to know what skills and/or experience you already have that refers to how you can help my organization.

If you don't have relevant experience yet, I'd allude to specific skills that you have that would be of benefit to a person holding the type of position you're looking for.

If you have some sort of relevant degree and/or training, designation, etc it would help to include it here too. Alternatively perhaps you already have a few years of relevant experience that you could allude to instead or in addition to.
