Response from Carl: Thanks Ristovski. It looks like you've included your job description here so now you need to turn your experience and accomplishments into a Career Objective. The reader (ie. hiring manager) wants to hear about your accomplishments not your duties so remember to write it in a way that shows the reader why they should want to interview you.
