I am seeking a challenging position with a company that is rapidly expanding and offers good advancement potential. I would like to be an outstanding and successful professional with perfect knowledge and hard work and contribute effectively to the organization I am part of.

Response from Carl: Thanks Arvind. I can't tell what sort of position you are looking for by reading your Career Objective nor do I know of any reasons I'd want to hire you. You want to avoid saying "I am seeking" or making any reference to what you want when writing your Career Objective. The purpose of the Objective is to tell the reader what you offer them but I don't see any reference to this.

As a Food Biotechnologist (from your Job Title) I presume you have a science degree and if so, I'd mention this in the Objective so that reader knows your educational background related to the job you're applying for.
