FINANCE OR BANKING

TO ASSOCIATE WITH THE ORGANIZATION WHERE MY SKILLS ARE TESTED BY CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT.

Response from Carl: Thanks Laxman. The first thing I'd is turn off the Caps Lock button on your keyboard when writing to anyone who can influence your career and job search. If a hiring manager received this and saw it was all in caps, they'd probably delete it right away thinking it was spam.

You refer to "Finance or banking" in your Job Title section but you're referring to two related industries not job titles. Then, nowhere in your Career Objective do you mention anything related to finance or banking. What skills, experience and/or schooling do you have that relates to the finance or banking fields? The reader can't tell based on what you've written above.

Your Career Objective should show the reader what you offer them and give them reasons to interview you but none are contained in what you've written above.
