You do refer to a number of skills that you have but offer no real specifics which would be very beneficial. Listing skills is good but offering specifics is even better ie. accomplishments.

In your Job Title section, you refer to looking for a Finance Officer /Administration Assistant position so if you already have similar experience and/or education that is relevant, I'd refer to this specifically.
