A Finance and Accounts position in a well reputed and stable organization, where I can utilize and enhance my experience & knowledge in the best interest of the organization.

Response from Carl: I'd suggest getting rid of the "well reputed and stable organization" part and replace it with what the Career Objective should really contain: a reason for the hiring manager to interview you. The Career Objective should focus on what you offer the company and why they should interview you but your statement doesn't give any specifics that would cause a hiring manager to pick up the phone and call you.

You refer to "Finance and Accounts" in your Job Title section but I can't tell from what you've written as to any financial and/or accounting experience you have. Do you have previous financial and/or accounting experience? Do you have an accounting or financial degree or schooling? I'd want to see it listed here in your Career Objective if you do.
