FB friends

One of my managers has not just one, or two, or three of their employees as a friend on FB but several. It is so blatantly obvious that the manager is "friends" with these individuals that they have posted pictures of them being out and having drinks. One of the manager's employees is out on leave but she updates her status has being "hung over" and of course the manager can see this post. When the manager's employees are not working and just up and about talking to other employees in the building or the employee is on personal phone calls, the manager says nothing to them.

Now if this is not favoritism, please tell me what it is.
