It sound like racism too me wilson.. But you hang on in their.. I'm a White American and I manager a big corporation, if I found out that this is happening in my company I would fired them fast.. I don't tolerate favoristism nor racism within my organization..It sad that people like these evening representing the organization..

before taking things to hr please study first the management style of leadership.coud there be other managers doing the same in the organisation?what are the character traits of the head of human resources department.having hr policy doesn't mean that it should be followed always one can decide to twist everything. pray God for a change of manager or else start looking for a job.
