I am a highly motivated individual, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. I have attained substantial experience in general administration management, project and manufacturing management, customer service, management of people, resources and safety.

Ideally, I would like to continue to utilise and apply these skills in an environment that promotes and encourages co-operation and consultation.

If you look at what you've written the one word that stands out is "I" as you've mentioned several times "I am," "I have," and "I would like" which all focus on you and what you want. You want to write this to show the reader (hiring manager) what you offer them but you can do it without referring to yourself in the first person as I see what you've written as being focused on you and what you want.
