With an extensive background in Secondary Education and several years of experience as a executive in a highly decorated adult training business, I continue to seek opportunities to use my creative and innovative skills within the area of adult training.

Response from Carl: Thanks Pam. I think I'd spell out exactly what "several years of experience" actually is when you're applying for a job that requires the same amount of experience that you have. So if the job required 5-7 years of experience and you have 5 years, I'd mention it so just so people don't think you're trying to cover up for a lack of experience which people often attempt to do when they leave specifics out of their resume.

Since you're applying for jobs in adult education, I'd think that mentioning your specific level of education (ie. college diploma, university degree) would be appropriate and possibly expected from people applying for these sorts of jobs.
