In your title you refer to the fact that it's an Executive Administrative Assistant position you're looking for but of course the title won't appear in your Objective so you might want to actually add the job type to your Objective. Obviously, you can tailor it for the job - one company could refer to the role as an Executive Assistant, another might call it something different.

If you are applying for a job that requires (for example) 3-5 years of related experience and you have 4 years, I'd mention it in the objective to let the reader know right away that you are in the range that they seek.

Just a few thoughts to consider, anyways!
