Response from Carl: Thanks Victoria. You list your Job Title as "Education Management" and also refer to your Career Objective to looking for a role in "higher education" so I'm guessing you're looking at college and/or university roles. In that regard, if I was a hiring manager I'd want to know right up front what degree(s) you have. You don't refer to any but I'd love for you to tell the reader right away what schooling you have that would qualify you for a position with an institution of learning.

I'm not really sure what "progressively responsible" means in terms of the job you're looking for. I'd understand if you were mentioning that you've held roles with progressive responsibilities but it sounds like you're suggesting you're looking for a job that will progress in terms of its responsibilities over time, too. A hiring company or organization might be able to offer this but I suspect to start with, they're looking for someone who can do the job they're looking for currently and that the progressive responsibilities might come down the line. Just a thought.
