find your dream career

Education Administrator/Manager

by Leisel Talery
(Liberia)

To be a program designer who can offer technical support roles in improving education and learning projects and programs for children, and underprivileged, to encourage and train teachers, and community structures to use child centered approaches in teaching and learning and to help in the development of strategies to improve the quality of education, and increase learning opportunities for all in order to ensure sustainable livelihood.

Response from Carl: Thanks Leisel. This is a very long statement as it's only one sentence long. You need to split it up a bit into several sentences and probably chop it down a bit in terms of its length. I'd say 2-3 sentences total.

I think you need to focus on 1-2 skills that you bring to the table rather than having a laundry list of the tasks you would accomplish since it sounds like you're copying a job description rather than stating skills and experience that you bring to the table.
