find your dream career

Drafter

by Adam
(Minnesota)

With 13 years experience using AutoCad and my basic training in Solidworks, Pro E and Unigraphics NX, I want to expand the knowledge I have obtained with my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design. I have worked with materials from sheet metal to structural steel. Being a team player and leader and earning trust to work independently motivates me to being the best at what I do.

Response from Carl: Thanks Adam. I like what you've written but I think you might want to reword it a bit and take out the references to things that you want like "I want to expand..." and statements like that. You might start your Career Objective out a bit less personally too by removing the "I" and "my" references by perhaps saying something like:

Drafter with 13 years experience using AutoCad with basic training in Solidworks, Pro E and Unigraphics NX combined with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design...
