Does this seem unfair to you?

My boss went out to drink with the servers after a shift more then regularly. It seemed like it was a tight network when I arrived into the company. I'm not of age yet, and because I was significantly younger the servers not only treated me like I was incompetent, but made sly comments as if they were trying to put me down or 'scare' me out of the company. I am an attractive young lady & that may have cause some of that tension, but I am also in college and an excellent worker for being new to serving (even better then some already there, though I was modest), and there was no need for that. Anyways, I asked a server who has been with the company for 3 yrs for advice with a table (mind you I had only been there 10 months), which ended with a bad result. Then she tells the manager and becomes promoted and I get fired. She not only goes out to drink with the managers, but grabs all the girls butts at work, and hangs all over the managers like they are close friends or more. Either way, in MD you do not need a reason to fire someone, so I'm either screwed and let them push me out of there, or send a letter to corporate.... still deciding, because I see them often (cause they come in and drink at my job - manager & servers)

Response from Carl: Based on what you mention it does seem unfair. I'm unfamiliar with your local labor laws and am surprised that people can be fired without cause though.
