Division Manager

To obtain an entry level management position that will utilize my Business Administration skills and Human Resources knowledge.

Response from Carl: Thanks for the submission. There seems to be a bit of a conflict in the opening few words of this objective unless I'm reading it wrong: I don't know of too many management positions that are also entry level. Usually you've worked for at least a few years doing something, and then qualify for a management position.

Typically, you hire a manager because they've shown that they have the ability to manage and to lead. If you have previous experience elsewhere, it's certainly possible that this would lead to a management role so perhaps this is the case but I can't tell from the objective alone.

When you mention "Business Administration" and "Human Resources" in caps, I'm not sure if this means you have a background in these areas (ie. a degree, certification, etc) in which case you might as well specify it, or if you are simply referring to developed skills in those areas.
