I'd get rid of the "Management -" part of your statement and include what sort of job you're looking for - Director of Business Services from your Job Title section - instead.

The thing to remember is people reading your resume want to know what's in it for them ie. why should they interview you? Currently you haven't given them any reason(s) to do so, instead focusing on what you're looking for ("challenging position") and the task you want to be taking part in ("assisting the School District with budgeting").
