Response from Carl: Thanks Angelique. I think a hiring manager would probably like for you to expand a bit on exactly what your "skills and experience in the Health Care/Food Service industries" is ie. how many years of experience,types of organizations you've worked for.

Specifically, rather than mentioning Health Care/Food Service, could you mention it another way that might give the reader a better idea of what these industries are? For me, a number of things come to mind regarding these two sectors but perhaps my thoughts are not what you've done. If for example you've worked for a hospital, I'd mention this rather than health service since it's more specific.

Maybe you could also describe accomplishments or achievements that you've been responsible for in the past regarding your previous role as Dietary Supervisor.
