Response from Carl: Thanks for the submission. This is a fairly generic Objective that doesn't tell me anything about why I'd want to hire you. The "well-established organization" comment is cliched and is similar to "dynamic organization" and other descriptions that people often use in their Career Objective.

I admit I've been guilty of using comments like this is my Objective in years gone by earlier in my career. The problem is that adding such wording doesn't add anything to your resume or make the reader want to interview you just because you mentioned it.

Remember to write the Objective to show the reader what you bring to the table and why they should interview you.
