find your dream career

Customer Service Analyst

by Jilly
(St Louis)

To secure a position with a truly customer-focused organization which enables me to use my 15 years of customer service and sales experience (including 10 years in a business to business arena) to maintain and grow its customer base through excellent service and continuous process improvement.

Response from Carl: Thanks Jilly. I'd get rid of the brackets and simply include this experience without the use of brackets. Using brackets tends to suggest the comment was added as an aside and you generally don't see them used in a Career Objective. Just a thought.

Where applicable, I'd mention the actual type of customer service experience you have when applying for jobs too. The reader isn't sure of your exact skillset or previous type of customer service experience since you don't mention it.
