Response from Carl: Thanks Dimple. I'd like to see more examples of evidence of your customer care experience and skills rather than mentioning the references to growth and career development since these comments focus on what you're looking for rather than focusing on what you offer the employer which is what they are looking for.

I would also get rid of the use of the "&" sign and spell it out as "and" so as to avoid using short forms and colloquialisms.
