A position such as a kitchen or baking assistant in a restaurant, bakery or catering company that can utilize my food service and cooking skills.

Response from Carl: Thanks Nathan. What sort of previous kitchen or cooking experience do you have? Presumably you have some already since you mention it at the end of the sentence so I'd let the reader know what experience you already have.

You might also describe the types of restaurants or businesses you've worked for especially in the case where you're applying to a similar job just to let the reader know you've already worked in that sort of environment.
