I'd probably get rid of the "help me grow" part that you wrote since you really want to focus on what you offer the employer and not what you are looking for.

Do you hold a diploma, certification, or degree in Civil Engineering? If so, I'd mention this right away. This can help to distinguish you from other job applicants who don't hold any certification or diploma.
