Response from Carl: Thanks Kapil. The purpose of the Career Objective is to show the reader why they should interview you but you have spent most of your time discussing what you want. You haven't given any reasons to interview you.

Plus, I can't even tell what sort of job you're looking for or what sort of background you have because you give no specifics of what sort of job you're looking for or what skills and expertise you have.
