Response from Carl: Thanks for the submission. In your Job Title you refer to looking for a Call Center Operations role but nowhere in your Career Objective to give any indication that this is the type of role you're looking for. If you already have experience in a call center environment, I'd think you should be able to mention a few accomplishments and/or skills that you have that would benefit a potential employer.

Your entire Career Objective reads as a statement of what you want when it should in fact be written to give indications as to why the reader should interview you.
