With 7 years experience on different software technologies now seeking a dynamic, progressive company requiring an experienced IT software professional with extensive skills. And driven by the desire for continuous growth & career development to achieve “Self Actualization”, I would like to pursue my career in Business development industry or IT (Information Technology) sector as a team member or can work as individual.

Response from Carl: Thanks Qasim. I'll get rid of the words that describe what you want ("dynamic, progressive company") and instead focus on what you offer the employer. In fact most of what you've written tends to focus on what you want when you really want to focus on what you offer the company you're applying to.

When you refer to different software technologies this is a generalization that doesn't really add anything since the reader doesn't know what technologies you're referring to. Specifics are always helpful where possible.
