Boss' girlfriends

Two of my bosses are dating two co-workers. Both girls miraculously get the time off they need and the shifts they want while the rest of us have to wheel and deal or suffer. They do no wrong and never face repercussions if they are involved in poor performance. No one can ever say anything negative about these two or we are treated with a cold shoulder, the threat of firing, or some sort of written documentation for "lack of teamwork". It's absolute hell working in an environment like this.
