that works unless the company is privately owned and the "appointed boss" has total control of
the operations.

If the owner cares only for the bottom line
and not the dedication of his team, chance are it's better to change companies:)

am sorry for the situation.everything has its own termination.I used to be in the same situation whereby my coleque was always idle in the office chating with our two male bosses while others were working and ironically she used to be paid hours as an overtime.its like she was working in 24/7 for about five years.due to this she grew arrogant and could insult even the supervisors. a new hr manager came and I tell you things have changed.just be patient.
