Being told I have to drop my grade

I was bullied and took out a grievance - I was put into a lower grade - I complained and they gave me back my grade and I have been working in the job for 16 months and getting really good feed back - now they want to downgrade me again - please help....

Response from Carl: Thanks Frank but I'm not sure what I can do as you don't give any details as to the reason(s) given (if any) for them to downgrade you. You filed a grievance the last time and your complaint seemed to help so I suspect this would be one option to move forward again, no?
