BE in EXTC

Response from Carl: Thanks Swapnil. Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea what a "BE in EXTC" is. I did a Google search and the first entry I found was someone asking about what sort of job a person with EXTC could get and the first response said "what is EXTC?" so clearly I'm not the only person that doesn't know.

Chances are, some/many/most of your readers won't know either and they might not bother doing a Google search to figure it out so please spell out exactly what a BE in EXTC is to start with.
