The problem with what you've written is that nothing that you mention even refers to banking and doesn't give the reader a single reason why they'd want to interview you which is the whole point of the Career Objective in the first place. You could literally apply for any job on the planet with this Career Objective because there are no specifics given and this is not good.

Remember to write the Career Objective from the point of "what do I offer the hiring manager" and "why should they want to interview me?" You need to give them reasons to want to interview you for the job you're applying for.

If I was a hiring manager looking to hire a Bank Manager, I'd want to know what financial background you have, what degree you have, how many years of experience you already have in banking and as a bank manager, etc. You can probably come up with some other thoughts too in this regard and figure out how to incorporate this into a short but factual Career Objective.
