Aston Oil and Gas Corporation interview letter

Dear Carl

I want to know about Aston Oil and Gas Corporation which is in London. From there I have received an interview letter. Kindly suggest what I should do.

Response from Carl: Sorry Ritesh but I did a quick Google search for "aston oil and gas corporation" and found that according to a few sites that discuss this company, that the message you received is a fake. I can't tell if you received a letter or an email from them but I can't find any evidence that this company exists online which is suspicious.

From what I'm reading, It sounds like it's a scam and is not real. I also did a few searches for "Aston Oil" and found no company website so it's doubtful this is even a real company to begin with otherwise they'd presumably have a website or web presence.

If you didn't apply directly for a job with a company and suddenly receive an email from them stating that they want to interview you or something like that, it's most likely going to be fake. Sorry that they got your hopes up but from what I'm reading, it's not real. You should delete the email and forget about it.
