Seeking A Challenging Career In A Professional Organization Which Can Provide Me A Dynamic Work Sphere To Extract My Inherent Skills, Use And Develop My Aptitude To Further The Organization’s Objectives Also Further My Career In The Process.

Response from Carl: Thanks Kausalya. First off, you need to get rid of the capitalization of the first letter of every single word since it's just not grammatically correct.

While you do make a reference to what you offer the company you're applying to, you only mention generalizations and spend an equal amount of time telling the reader what you want from them. The career objective should show the reader why they should interview you but you haven't done that. You don't mention how much experience you have or even what experience you have. If you read what you've written you don't mention any specific skills or experience that you have and don't give the reader a reason to interview you which is the whole purpose of the career objective in the first place.
