Administration Clerical - Mining

I would like to gain employment where I can seek to accomplish growth & improvement of all work related activities & performance to further my knowledge and skills.

As with many other Career Objectives that are submitted to this site, your Objective is largely focused on you and what you want (ie. using "I would like" and "further my knowledge and skills") when in fact you really want to focus on what you offer the employer.

You mention in your Title that you're looking for an Administration/Clerical job in the Mining industry but this isn't mentioned anywhere in the Objective itself. Using specifics in your Objective aren't a bad thing especially if you're applying for a specific job since you're letting the reader know exactly what you're looking for and hopefully, what you offer them in return.
