Additional training and certifications

Sir, I need some additional certificates that distinguish me from others for my job so what course can I opt so for that I get a certificate that is valid during interview........

Response from Carl: Thanks Vinay. You don't mention what field or industry you work in so I can't suggest anything specific. What I can suggest is that you pay attention to job descriptions that you check out and make notes as to what hiring companies are asking for. Do they ask for specific degrees or diplomas? Do they request specific training courses or certifications?

Figure out what certification(s) tend to be ones that your field or industry consider valuable and ones that will serve you for the long term. Also consider whether or not certain certifications you're considering need to be renewed every few years because that can have implications regarding the cost and time involved.
