Response from Carl: Thanks Kate. You've listed all of your skills and talents but haven't really offered any evidence of them. You've instead listed a series of the skills and left it up to the reader to assume that they're accurate. I'm not saying it's not accurate, just that there is no evidence to support the statements. I'd prefer to see a shorter list of your skills along with some evidence of your accomplishments listed.

Also, how many years of experience do you have? What accounting accreditation(s) do you have?
