Accounting
by Abdulah
Response from Carl: Thanks Abdulah. Remember that the purpose of the Career Objective is to show the hiring manager why they should interview you. In other words, you want to highlight your skills and experience relative to the job description and let the reader know why they should interview you. While you refer to your "academic background" you don't actually tell us what that is. Do you have an accounting degree? Are you a certified general accountant or similar? Let us know what you have specifically. I'd get rid of the "reputable company" part as it's a cliche that doesn't really add anything. You can control this anyways: don't apply to non-reputable companies! You really don't need to mention this. Instead focus on letting the read know what you offer them and why they need to invite you in for an interview. Carl Click here to read or post comments. |
