Add in your degree or diploma if any and make a reference your experience and skills that are applicable to the jobs you're applying for. You need to give the reader a reason to interview you.

Since you're looking for a management position in the finance industry, I'd expect to read something about your previous management and finance experience but currently there is nothing shown here.
