Accounting Clerk

Seeking an entry position in accounting to perform routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports and accounts payable or receivable functions. Am a holder of CPA 1 section one and unexperienced, ready to learn and can work in team work and under minimal supervision.

Response from Carl: Thanks Judy. Clearly you're looking for an entry level position and it sounds like you don't have any prior experience. In that regard I think it's good that you mention your CPA 1 level of education and also mentioned some of the tasks you can do.

I'd probably take out the mention of the fact that you're unexperienced since it's probably assumed since you're looking for an entry level job plus you don't really want to call further attention to it.
