A+ Certified Help Desk Technician

Seeking a position as a Help Desk Technician to use my A+ / Network+ certification skills. I'm working towards my MCTS / MCITP certifications. I have hands on experience with Windows 7/Vista/XP/98, Server 2003/2005, Active Directory, OS installations and other skills outlined in my resume.

Response from Carl: Thanks Jeff. I like how you've mentioned your A+ and Network + certifications. I also like that you mention that you're working towards your MCTS and MCITP although you might mention this in another part of your resume along with the expected completion date and leave your Career Objective for just the things you've already accomplished. Just a thought.

How much help desk experience do you already have? What number of staff and/or desktops were you responsible for? A potential hiring manager would likely want to know this so I'd suggest working it into your Career Objective somehow.
